Do posts go live without my approval?
No. Scheduled posts, Reels, and pins require your approval before publishing. Routine community replies (comments and everyday messages) are handled in your voice within your plan’s response times; serious sales inquiries are handed to you promptly.
Who provides the photos and video?
You supply photos and video from your work—phone camera is fine when the light is good. We give shot lists and can do light editing of usable footage into short Reels. Full photography or videography production is not included in the monthly tiers and can be quoted separately if you want it.
What does “posts per week” mean?
It is the total number of original scheduled content items across your included networks combined—not a separate count for each network. Stories, comment replies, and community management do not count as posts.
Do I keep my social accounts?
Yes. You own your accounts and your media. Pierlight connects scheduling tools and runs the monthly process; finished captions created for you are yours to keep.
Is Pierlight Social political?
No. Pierlight Social is nonpolitical social media management for local businesses, nonprofits, and organizations. It is a separate brand focused on practical marketing help—not political content.
